Core Playing Rules

AIM Style – Fun & Fast Pace

Scramble-Specific Rules

• 1

  Teams consist of 2 players.

• 2

  Both players tee off on every hole.

• 3

  The team chooses the best shot and both players play their next shot from within one club length of that spot (no closer to the hole).

• 4

  Repeat until the ball is holed out.

• 5

  On the green: Place the ball within one putter head (or 3 inches) of the chosen position.

• 6

  Pace of Play: Maximum of double Par per hole. Pick up and move forward if you reach that limit.

General League Rules

• All play follows USGA Rules of Golf except where modified by these AIM relaxed rules.

• Fast Play is mandatory — keep up with the group ahead.

• Proper golf attire required at all courses.

• Golf carts are generally required (course rules apply).

• Repair ball marks, rake bunkers, and leave the course in excellent condition.

• No alcohol during play.

Scoring, Standings & Championship

• Weekly team scores are based on the best scramble performance using the AIM relaxed rules above.

• Standings will be updated after each round.

• The July 8th 18-hole championship at Troon North will follow the same format but with full 18 holes.

• Prizes for weekly winners, season-long leaders, and fun contests (closest to pin, longest drive, etc.).
